Relax, unwind feed your ego or starve it , You choose.

When jetlagged all I do is eat junk, listen to music and take a deep-dive into this brain🧠.Today I take a walk , more of a ride by the Kakrobite Beach, a world away from the hustle and bustle of Accra City for the Weekend

After being up and down during the week trying to make the world a better place or worse place the outcome will tell it all. I am out here recapping the week and my brain takes me straight to what ego is and how to manoeuvre around it, I mean ‘Should you starve your ego and feed your soul?, ’. When talking about ego first thought is definitely the negative outcomes of our egos, what about the positive outcomes ?.Sometime during the week I shared my rate card with a client who felt well I was doing the most, and Nah I wasn't. I know that for sure. Anyways.

Depending on situations there is a good aspect of having your ego intact. I mean be humble but also know exactly what & who you are and stick to that.

That there is ego with both negative & Positive impacts in our lives . Learn to balance your ego and you get everything you want, probably not everything but you get my point, don't you?

A very good example of this is James St Patrick(Ghost ) from the Power Universe. To those who haven't watched Power, spoiler Alert.

During the start of his quest to build an empire( drug dealing & street hustling), he had that good ego, knowing exactly what you want, staying away from the other, respecting everyone and building up. Worked wonders, the biggest drug dealer running businesses the best way possible then came a point where he was somewhere, somewhere around season 5 where he started abusing everyone and chest thumbing talking stupid to people and acquaintances. I mean, we all knew he was going down in one way or the other. And he went down( End of spoiler😎) Let me grab some fries, milkshake finish my jetlag session probably catch the latest Show off the Power Universe, Power Book II new season that just dropped.

Omari Hardwick who plays James St Patrick (Ghost) on the Original Power in the Power Universe a TV Series by 50 Cent.

I didn't forget about you all , here is something to bite:

Learn to control your ego enough to stay out of trouble. Learn to have the knowledge to use it to your advantage in managing the egoes of others. Ego can’t be fully controlled, but it can be managed better. The sooner you learn to manage your ego, the better for your life.

Don't forget to Live life, eat, drink, check on your ego every now and then . See you on the other side of life✌
